Session Duration / Frequency
Sessions take 50 minutes and occur weekly, unless agreed otherwise.

I am unable to offer crisis or emergency support. If you are in a mental health crisis or
require immediate support, please contact your GP, attend your local A&E department,
call 999, contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (24hrs) or text ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 (24hrs).

Conduct
No form of abuse will be tolerated, which also will lead for future sessions to be
cancelled.

Payment
Individual payments will be collected via a bank transfer prior to all sessions.
Discounts will be offered for blocked bookings ie a block booking of 6 sessions will
attract a 10% discount.
There will be a review of the sessions fees on a yearly basis
